Return and Exchange Terms

Product Unused: The returned and exchanged products must be kept in a new and unused state, and the original packaging and labels are intact.

Return and Exchange Fees: The shipping cost of return and exchange is usually borne by the buyer, unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong product is sent.


3. Return and Exchange Process

Submit an application: Contact the customer service team and provide the order number, product information, and reason for return or exchange.

Confirm and process: We will review your return or exchange request as soon as possible after receiving it, and provide you with the return address or exchange process.

Send back the returned goods: Once approved, please follow our instructions to send the goods back, and make sure to use a trackable mailing method.

Refund or exchange: We will process a refund or arrange an exchange as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct. Refunds will be made through the original payment method and are usually completed within 7-10 working days.


4. Inapplicable returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:


Products exceed the 14-day return and exchange period;

Products have been used or damaged;

Customized products or special products (if clearly marked as non-returnable).


5. Quality problems or wrong shipments

If the goods you received have quality problems or do not match the order, please contact us in time, we will provide a full refund or free exchange, and the return costs will be borne by us.
